Shipping

Once you place an order, you can expect your items to ship within 1-3 business days. All orders are packed up in my sunny Colorado studio by me. I aim to ship your items as quickly as possible!

When your item has been prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. (Sticker only shipping rates do not include tracking.) I can only ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please be sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. Endless August Supply Company is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

Domestic Shipping

Items ship to addresses in the United States via USPS Mail or UPS. Delivery times are calculated from the day you receive your shipping notification. 

Sticker Shipping (no tracking)

Sticker only orders ship in a paper envelope with first class letter postage. Sticker shipping does not include tracking. Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days from the day you receive your shipping notification. You can upgrade to Standard Ground Shipping at checkout if you'd like to have tracking information on your sticker order.

Standard Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the day you receive your shipping notification.


Free Shipping On Orders $35 and Up

Orders totaling $35 or more ship free! Free shipping delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from the day you receive your shipping notification. 


Shipping Upgrades

If you need to receive your order sooner, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Upgrade options and delivery times are listed on the shipping page during checkout. Delivery times do not include order processing time of 1-3 days. 


International Shipping

Orders placed on this site can be shipped to the United States or Canada. If you live in another region, please place your order on our Etsy site: endlessaugustsupply.etsy.com

Canadian orders ship via US Postal Service First class mail or UPS International and delivery times are listed on the shipping page during checkout. Shipping upgrades are also available for Canadian orders.

Please note: shipping costs do not cover any tax, import or VAT fees you may incur by purchasing an item from Endless August Supply Co and shipping to a location outside the US. These fees are the customer's responsibility and it may be required for you to pay these fees before you are able to receive your order.

Free Exchanges. Easy Returns.

We want shopping on our website to be as easy and enjoyable as possible. That's why we offers free exchanges and easy returns! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.

Items ending in .99 are final sale. 

Please note: purchases made from Nov 15th - Dec 10th have an extended return/exchange time; please arrange for exchange/returns by Jan 10th. 

Exchange & Return Policy

Endless August Supply Co accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your order, please open your package and make sure everything arrived safely. If for some reason the item(s) was damaged or was not what you expected, we will happily accept an exchange or return. The item must be purchased from www.augustink.shop and must be returned in it's original condition and unused. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free*! Exchanges are made by contacting [email protected] with your order number and information about the item you'd like to exchange. Easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email. I will email you back with a return label to ship back your item via USPS. Once I receive your item(s) I will ship out the new size you requested. *Free exchanges do not apply to international orders; we cannot create return labels for international orders. 

Returns

Returns can be made by contacting hello@endlessaugustsupplyco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return and I will provide a return label via email.  Easiest way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation or shipping notification email. Returns made this way will receive a full refund for the value of the item(s) returned less any shipping fees (the original shipping fee + $8.95 per item return shipping fee**). If you'd prefer to purchase your own return postage, just let me know in your email and I will provide the return address. **Return shipping fees may be higher for international orders; we cannot create return labels for international orders.
